Rethink Insulation - with the ThermoWhite® system
ThermoWhite® is an insulation system based on mineral-bound loose-fill insulation made from recycled EPS - innovative, CE-certified, and versatile.
The system's verified quality is based on several factors:
specially developed binder
Precise, seamless installation using state-of-the-art MixMobil technology.
high-quality EPS granulate made from recycled material
controlled processing with in-house production control and independent internal and external monitoring
ThermoWhite® is highly versatile for new builds and renovations - from roof to floor.
Maximum energy efficiency beneath the roof. ThermoWhite® provides seamless insulation between the rafters without offcuts. The mineral-bound loose-fill insulation adapts precisely to any roof structure and effectively prevents thermal bridges. Benefit: excellent insulation performance and lasting dimensional stability.
Custom-gradient insulation. ThermoWhite® can be installed to the exact slope required for flat roofs. Because the material is applied seamlessly, it provides a stable, highly insulating base for the waterproofing layer. Benefit: fast installation and a precise fit around drains and structural elements.
A fast solution for renovating older homes. ThermoWhite® is ideal for uneven existing floors and fills cavities in timber joist ceilings cleanly and efficiently. Benefit: a tidy site thanks to MixMobil hose delivery and an immediate improvement in energy performance.
The perfect base for comfortable warmth. ThermoWhite® surrounds pipes and electrical installations without voids and improves impact sound insulation by up to 32 dB. Benefit: with Speed Up, depending on the system, the next layer can be installed after approximately 12 hours for exceptionally fast construction progress.
Enjoy your pool at an ideal temperature for longer. Our water-resistant insulation fill provides excellent thermal insulation against the surrounding ground. Benefit: a form-fitting backfill that protects the pool shell and helps keep the water temperature stable.
A solid base for your pool project. A pool base made with ThermoWhite® WD 130 R combines high compressive strength with outstanding insulation performance. Benefit: fast installation and a warmer pool floor for maximum comfort.
Form-fitting insulation for historic structures. ThermoWhite® follows every curve of uneven vaulted ceilings without adding excessive dead load. Benefit: structurally advantageous, void-free, and ideally suited to heritage conservation.

Perfect insulation in six work steps:

No storage space required, no waste: Our computer-controlled MixMobil produces ThermoWhite® loose-fill insulation directly at your doorstep. This ensures certified material quality and maximum cleanliness on site, because only what is actually needed is processed.

No more labor-intensive board cutting. The liquid loose-fill insulation is pumped in directly via hoses and encloses all service lines completely without joints. This eliminates thermal, cold, and sound bridges from the very first step and creates a perfectly insulated base.

Precision is our standard. The insulation fill is distributed exactly according to the specified reference line and mechanically compacted. This creates a perfectly level surface that remains dimensionally stable even at extreme installation heights and forms the basis for all subsequent trades.

After a short time, ThermoWhite® insulation is ready for walking and forms a stable body. This unit of mineral-bound recycled EPS delivers outstanding impact sound insulation values of up to 32 dB and sustainably high compressive strength.

On the level ThermoWhite® surface, system foils and underfloor heating can be installed much more efficiently than on uneven board layers. Thanks to our "Speed Up" component, the system is ready for the next phase after just 12 to 24 hours - a major time advantage!

Whether screed, parquet, or tiles: The ThermoWhite® system ensures a durable and energy-efficient floor build-up. You benefit from a system that is recyclable, does not need to be disposed of later as hazardous waste, and sustainably lowers building operating costs through excellent lambda values.
This is how the ThermoWhite® system combines high execution quality with an efficient and clean construction process.
