Vercel hosts this website. The public website is accessible without a Vercel login. Technically necessary connection data are processed when pages are requested.

The form processes name, email, project location and message, plus optional phone and country details. Enquiries are transmitted through the SMTP2GO EU API to info@thermowhite-danmark.dk. The sender is marketing@thermowhite.digital; the visitor email is used as the reply address. The information is used to handle and answer the enquiry. For technical delivery checks, the first ten valid form enquiries additionally receive a blind copy to mziegler@thermowhite.io. A private counter at Vercel limits these copies and stores no enquiry content. No shared Make webhook is used for delivery.

Contact enquiries are intended to be retained for twelve months. Handling and deletion take place in the relevant mailbox and delivery systems. This website does not create an additional enquiry database; technical provider logs are considered separately.

The website uses consent controls for optional services. Production web analytics are not currently activated. System media are hosted locally; Google Maps opens only when a visitor chooses the directions link.

A Vercel Firewall rule is active for the contact form at 15 POST requests per IP in ten minutes. It initially runs in Log mode: excess requests are recorded without being blocked. No Redis store is used.
