ThermoWhite® WD products are mineral-bound insulation fills whose strength lies in the improvement of impact sound and thermal insulation.
For this purpose, a dimensionally stable, closed insulation layer is built up, which, compared to other systems, has better thermal insulation and impact sound improvement with less settlement and higher load-bearing capacity.
The tested quality of the ThermoWhite® system is achieved by the specially developed binder and the quality of the EPS granules used. However, processing also plays a decisive role. This can be ensured and guaranteed by the factory's own production control (WPK), by in-house and external monitoring.
Insulation as a system - energy-efficient and cost-saving
With the ThermoWhite system, from time-consuming EPS board cutting to patented, jointless and time-saving insulation fill. The ThermoWhite® system thus offers an unbeatable combination of quality, service and efficiency.
Sustainability right from the production stage
Recycled polystyrene (polystyrene) is used in the manufacture of ThermoWhite WD products. ThermoWhite is also recyclable and does not have to be disposed of as waste.

- CE certification and European approval for all products
- Ready to lay from 12 hours with ThermoWhite SpeedUp
- Sustainable because recyclable
- High load capacity
- Internal quality control and external monitoring (BVFS, OFI, OIB)
Differences between INSULATION and INSULATION compared to other products
ThermoWhite WD products are tested thermal and impact sound insulation with CE certification (see Certifications). In comparison to leveling fills made of polystyrene concrete (cement, glue, ...), ThermoWhite has better thermal conductivity, shorter drying times and - depending on processing - can be covered more quickly.
Thermowhite WD products are mixed and processed using tested, fully automatic machine technology (MixMobil) - this means: consistent quality, delivery bill directly from the machine on site and no waste on the construction site.
