Easy to install: ThermoWhite Finished product
ThermoWhite WD products are packed in 100 liter or 200 liter bags. Mixed ready for use and very easy to install.
Step 1:
Provide a compulsory mixer (at least 200 liter capacity), water addition and ThermoWhite finished product on site. Do not forget suitable tools for compacting (large aluminum shovel or large grating board)!
Step 2:
Fill the ThermoWhite finished product into the compulsory mixer and add the appropriate amount of water according to the application instructions when filling. (100 liter bag 4 - 5 liters of water / 200 liter bag 10 - 11 liters of water)
Step 3:
Now mix the ThermoWhite finished product well with the added water for two minutes. Then apply to the place of use and COMPRESS! Ready for covering after 12 hours. Do not apply below +5 degrees Celsius outside temperature.
ThermoWhite® finished product is the insulation fill packed in ready-to-use bags for self-installation.
ThermoWhite® WD products as a ready-mix are mineral-bound insulation fills whose advantages lie in their ease of processing. The ThermoWhite finished product is also available on pallets.
Processing the ThermoWhite finished product is very simple: Fill the ThermoWhite insulation fill from the 100 liter or 200 liter bag into a compulsory mixer. Then mix with water (depending on quantity and product) for two minutes. Done.
Now apply the finished mixture to the desired surface, spread and compact with a suitable tool. The finished surface is ready for covering after 12 hours.
How does ThermoWhite thermal insulation work? A dimensionally stable, closed insulation layer is built up which, compared to other systems, has better thermal insulation and impact sound improvement with less settlement and higher load-bearing capacity.
The tested quality of the ThermoWhite® system is achieved by the specially developed binder and the quality of the EPS granules used.

Differences between INSULATION and INSULATION compared to other products
ThermoWhite WD products are tested thermal and impact sound insulation with CE certification (see Certifications). In comparison to leveling fills made of polystyrene concrete (cement, glue, ...), ThermoWhite has better thermal conductivity, shorter drying times and - depending on processing - can be covered more quickly.
